Directions: Place one heaping tablespoon of dried herbs into a tea bag.Place into mug,tea cup,or non metal pot, and pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herbs. Let them steep covered for 10-20 minutes

My favorite tea

This tea is awesome. I got turned on to it by one of the employees of the store as something that could help with some post concussion syndrome problems I had been having. I drink this tea weekly, almost daily, and my friends can say a marked improvment in some areas I was still struggling with after the concussion. Plus, this tea has been great to help me get through my last two semesters at college. I recomend it all the time and share it with my friends any day they need a boost for a project.
