Place 1 heaping tablespoon of dried herb into a tea bag or steeper. Place into a tea cup, mug or non-metal pot, and pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herbs. Let steep, covered, for 15 minutes.
Cold Brew: Fill a large steeper or muslin bag and place into a quart pitcher of water. Leave in fridge overnight and it will be ready by morning. Serve over ice.
